If he's a player type, charming, funny, somewhat sophisticated, knows he looks good, flirtatious, etc, and is keeping this kind of questionable phone call/email stuff from you, I'd personally beware. Unless you're both into flirting out of the relationship as a hobby/sport, or have "open relationship" rules or some other type of thing like that. OTOH 10 years is a decently long time to have known him, so hopefully he'll have some loyalty and be willing/open to talk about why this bothers you without getting pissy and defensive.

  You can't do anything about it if she's going to go to the retail store and get a copy of all sent text messages in and out of your phone. You can delete texts off your phone by holding down on the conversations on the G1 and then selecting delete. For next time purposes, if you have data I recommend using a texting app, like TextPlus, but it only sends SMS which means no adding pictures, videos, etc. but it'll keep your mom from reading your texts cause then it won't be recorded on the network as part of what you paid for, plus it'll be via an application, she won't know to look there, just sign out when your done texting.Oh and yes a factory reset will work for what's on the phone.

The GAO’s findings on the long troubled project, launched with a .5 billion contract with Boeing Co. in September 2006, likely came as no surprise to the panel’s members.

Some directed their irritation at DHS Secretary Janet Napolitano, as they had at her predecessor.Representatives expressed frustration that the review Napolitano ordered had not been completed six months after its announcement,” according to a report in National Defense magazine.

But DHS insisted that the secretary “has already taken action to address the GAO’s recommendations.”

“The Department is redeploying million of Recovery Act funding originally allocated for the SBInet Block 1 to other tested, commercially available security technology along the Southwest border, including mobile surveillance, thermal imaging devices, ultra-light detection, backscatter units, mobile radios, cameras and laptops for pursuit vehicles, and remote video surveillance system enhancements,” DHS spokesman Matt Chandler told SpyTalk.

But in the meantime, Chandler said, “DHS has frozen all SBInet funding beyond SBInet Block 1’s initial deployment to the Tucson and Ajo regions until the full assessment is completed.”

Ok, firstly I got this computer in Dec 2009. Its an AMD Turion II Ultra Dual-Core Mobile M600 - 2.4GHz, 4GB of ram. I'm not a huge fan of HP since I really wanted a Macbook but I couldn't afford the one I really wanted so I got this instead since it was recommended to me.

But I have some issues running Adobe CS4 programs, video editing software, and PC games that are made from 2006 to now such as Splinter Cell, F.E.A.R, and Death to Spies (unless it doesn't require superior rendering quality). This is supposed to be a new machine so what's the problem?

I still have over 400GB of hard drive space and I normally close out of everything to run these so I really don't know what else to do and I really do not want send it back to HP unless that's the last resort since I have a 1 year warranty on it. So the question is, should i upgrade my ram, processor, or graphics card? I have a feeling its my graphics card because before I bought this one, I looked at the reviews and I was told that its good for gaming and design but not top of the line, so now I feel even stupider for buying it since that's what I need now.. Any suggestions?

That video chipset still uses shared resources and software to emulate most of the things a good gaming video card or chipset can do. I do not understand why people still think they can get all the performance and quality and upgradability of a desktop, in a laptop for the same price or less.
  
  You can't upgrade the graphics card, because it doesn't HAVE a graphics card. It has a graphics or video chipset that is built into the design of the motherboard... aka INTEGRATED.
  
  As for the issues you are having with Adobe CS4... that software can be run on much older and weaker machines than yours... so without you specifying what the issues are, I can't really address them. The same goes for your Video Editing software.
  
  I guess the fact that you say you have "some issues" with these things, but don't state what they are at all is my biggest "issue". For all I know, your laptop could be operating exactly as it should be for what you bought and what you are running on it, but you are expecting better performance than it should be providing.
